To ensure WATERED ROSE complies with all safety standards during Covid-19. At this time RETURNS are not accepted. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
An EXCHANGE can be made if WATERED ROSE is at fault for shipping the incorrect item.
To start an EXCHANGE, you can contact us at skincare@wateredrose.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the correct item with free shipping.

No Refunds/Store Credit Only
Store Credit will be considered if the product is defective and on a case by case senario. Store Credit will be given via gift card We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if store credit was approved or not. If approved, a gift card will be generated to the name of the original payee.
